MAG X2제품은 PNP기반의 혁신적인 모듈화 설계로 제작된 유량계입니다. 또한, 이 제품은 모든 사양의 옵션기능을 선택 및 제외 할 수 있습니다. MAG X2 or MAG B1 제품의 유량계는 사용자의 요구에 맞는 기능 및 사양등을 모듈화된 부품을 추가하거나 제외하여 제품의 경제성을 실현하였습니다. 각각의 부품은 초소형 크기로 제작되며 PCB상에 몇 초만에 설치 및 제거할 수 있도록 구성되어있습니다. 설치 이후의 조건이나 통신 방식의 변화에도 간단하게 기능을 추가하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

  • 온도센서의 적용 : 센서부의 온도 검출을 위하여

  • 지능형 센서설계 : 디지털 통신을 통하여 센서와 변환기의 분리 거리를 최대 500M까지 분히 할 수 있습니다. 설정된 입력값은 센서통신모듈 내부에 저정된다. 만약, 어떠한 이유에서든 변환기를 교체하는 경우에도 기존의 설정 데이터는 센서 통신모듈 내부에 저장되어 있어 별도의 반복 설정이나 데이터 백업이 필요 없습니다. 데이터를 백업하지 않더라도 문제가 되지 않는다.
데이터 기록장치
MAG X2제품은 기록장치로 Micro SD 카드를 사용합니다. 일반적인 Micro SD 카드를 삽입하는 것으로 측정중인 값들은 자동으로 저장됩니다. 데이터는 ***.csv 파일의 형태로 저장됩니다. 데이터의 저장주기는 1분~24시간 단위로 저장 할 수 있습니다.

제품개요
The probe of the Admittance Level Switch forms one plate of a capacitance circuit, with the vessel wall making the second plate. The dielectric constant of the product between the probe and the vessel wall will cause a change of capacitance as the level approaches the probe. The change is detected, amplified and used to switch a relay for indication or control purposes. A special circuit is used to ignore product build-up between the sensing probe (active element) and guard, and also between the guard and vessel wall.

제품개요
The non contact SULTAN 234 emits a high powered Acoustic Wave transmit pulse which is reflected from the surface of the material being measured. The reflected signal is processed using specially developed software to enhance the correct signal and reject false or spurious echoes.

The transmission of high powered acoustic waves ensures minimal losses through the environment where the sensor is located. Due to the high powered emitted pulse, any losses have far less effect than would be experienced by traditional ultrasonic devices. More energy is transmitted hence more energy is returned. Advanced receiver circuitry is designed to identify and monitor low level return signals even when noise levels are high. The measured signal is temperature compensated to provide maximum accuracy to the outputs and display.
