NICHIDAI FILTER의 특징 ○ 특징 Sus 316, 304의 METALLIC으로 구성되어 있으므로 산, 알칼리, 온도, 점도 등에도 전혀 구애받지 않는다. METALLIC의 두께가 1.5~1.8T 정도이므로 압력에도 견딜 수 있는 특징이 있다. 접충식이므로 휠타의 사용 시간이 길다. 재생시 산, 알칼리에 구애 받지 않는다. 일단 정밀도가 1μ~10μ 정도이면 완전 재생이 어려움으로 초음파 세척기를 사용해야 합니다. ○ 정밀도(μ ) 1, 2, 5, 20, 40, 75, 100, 150, 200 ※ 위량은 하기 도표를 참조하여 주시기 바랍니다.     자료가 필요하시면 송부하여 드리겠습니다.  ■ ABSOLTA In the case of filtering from 2μ to 10μ, the member of laminations is 11 layers. Ten layers have the identical mesh, and the μ value depends on the compressibility. Another one layer serves for reinforcement and affluence. For the filtering pore of greater than 20μ, a coarse mesh wire cloth is used in reinforcing fourth and fifth layers to improve both the pressure resistant strength and backwash property. Optimum for every filtration requiring the uniform filtering precision. ■ PORTENT A Dutch woven wire cloth is used in the fourth and fifth layers for reinforcement. The surface filtering function displayed at every filtering particle size, and an backwash effect is preeminent. Furthermore, PORTENT has the best resistant strength among other fouler media.
