이 모터는 토르크 및 텐션제어 전용 모터입니다. 연속 스립상태로 계속 운전할 수 있습니다. 부러쉬와 오립링등 마모부분이 없습니다. 무보수이며 교류 무단 가변토르크 모터입니다. 구조가 간단하여 기계적 조정이 전무합니다. 전압은 220V, 380V, 440V를 사용할 수 있습니다. 교류전원으로 광범위하게 힘을 제어 합니다. 연속정격에서 10 : 1의 변속 범위를 갖습니다. 미세한 전류신호로 조작이 가능합니다. The motor is for torque and tension control only. It is possible to keep to run at continuous slip condition There is no defaceable parts such as brush, rubber ring, etc. Not necessary to repair and alternating current stopless variable torque motor. Simple structure and not necessary to adjust mechanically. Available voltage are 220V, 380V, 440V. The alternating current control widely the power. Available speed range is a 10 : 1 at continuous rating. It is possible to operate by minute current sign.

토르크 모터는 회전력이 발생해도 구속한 상태에서는 출력이 0이고, 최고속도에서는 회전하고 있어도 회전력이 걸리지 않으면 출력은 0이며, K W등의 출력 환산이 부적당 하므로 kg/m 또는 kg/츠 등의 토르크 정격으로 호칭하고 있습니다. 토르크 = 974 X KW / R.P.M (kg/m) 로 주어지는 회전력이며, 1kg/m는 1m의 봉끝에 1kg의 중량을 걸었을때의 회전력을 가리킵니다. 정격회전수 : 동기속도의 2/3의 회전수 정격토르크 : 정격회전수의 위치에서 부속전압 조정기의 최대전압에 있어서의 토르크 구속토르크 : 정격토르크의 약 2,3배

Output of torque motor is zero when it was held though a revolving force is generated. Even when it is turned at the maximum speed, if revolving force is not worked, the output is zero(0). As output calculation like KW is inappropriate, rated torque is called as kg/m or kg/cm. Torque = 974 X KW / R.P.M (kg/m) In the above formula, 1kg/m is the torque caused by loading weight of 1kg on the end of bar. The number of rated revolution : 2/3 turning number of motor speed. Rating torque : means at the max. voltage of volt controller at the number of rated revolution Holding torque : two or three times to rating torque.
