용도

각종 금속류의 녹 제거

특징

사용방법

1. 농축액이기 때문에 정도에 따라 깨끗한 물로 희석하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 분사기, 솔, 롤러 등으로 사용합니다.
3. 부품을 용액에 담가 녹을 제거할 수 있습니다.
4. 제거 후 물 또는 물걸레로 닦아내고 경우에 따라서는 마른 걸레로 닦아냅니다.
5. 한번 사용하여 녹제거가 어려운 곳에는 4~5분 후에 다시 적용시키면 쉽게 제거됩니다.

Purpose

For removing rust on various kinds of metal

Characteristics

● With ordinary rust removers, great care must be exercised in the handing and application. After applying, all treated surfaces have to be carefully rinsed of even the minutest amounts of rust remover. Ordinary rust removers can remove rust but, just as quickly, the strongly acid reaction will promote further rusting. Normally, a highly time-consuming post treatment clean-up must be carried out immediately.
● J-220A however acts just as quickly to remove the existing rust and actually forms a micro scopic "rust barrier" on treated surfaces and protects them from the further onset of rust.
● J-220A does not require that treated surfaces be neutrallized after treatment, unlike other commonly used acids, and passivates these surfaces to inhibit further rusting.
● J-220A immediately reacts with existing rust and rapidly removes even deeply encrusted rusting efficiently. Absolutely no post application treatment is required, which eliminates a costly and time-consuming step that is necessary with ordinary rust compounds.
