용도
냉각수라인 스케일 제거
특징
● 독성이 적고 세척력이 강하고 안전합니다.
● 물과 40:1로 희석하므로 경제적입니다.
● 농축된 고체의 분말로 사용이 편리하며 피부접촉도 가능합니다.
● 철, 고무, PVC, 구리, 알루미늄에 해를 안줍니다.
사용방법
1. 물의 양은 1회 순환량과 탱크의 여유분만 있으면 됩니다.
2. 물 1톤당 2.5%비율로 사용합니다.
3. 순환펌프 가동 후 4~6시간 정도 순환시킵니다.
4. 순환시킨 후 중화방청을 합니다.

● 오일쿨러 냉각수라인, 산업용 기계 내부.
● 냉각타워 세척작업.
● 쇠에 난 녹제거, 석회제거 작업.
● 보일러 및 파이프 스케일제거.

Purpose
For descaling pipes in which water circulates
Characteristics
● J-276 is a powerful new descaler in concentrated powdered form which replaces muriatic or hydrochloric acids for use in removing scaling from boilers & tubes, water towers & pipes, steam generators, fire mains system etc.
● J-276 is a scientifically effective blend of powdered concentrated acid. indicators and inhibitors which, when dissolved in water, substitutes most other acids used in descaling operations. In addition, J-276 contains special iron inhibitors which protects the metal parts coming into contact with it during use in its liquid state.
● J-276 offers substantial improvements in safety and economy of use compared to conventional liquid descaling acids.
● Conventional muriatic acids are hazardous to handle and, if split, can result in direct danger to handler operators in the form of acids burns, and indirectly from the inhalation of acrid acid fumes. Split J-276 can just be swept away! No corrosive burns or toxic fumes to contend with.
